ON-LINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS
If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can order your repeat prescription online using Patient Access or via the NHS app or NHS Online. Once registered for either of these internet services you can also use them to check your test results and to look at your medical record.
You can also download the NHS app, which is available for iphone and android smartphones and tablets. This service will also include details of Covid vaccinations and provide QR codes for travelling and domestic use.
If you haven't registered yet you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for these services. You will need to do this in person and bring with you some form of photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
You can also register online, but you will still need to come into the surgery with a form of photo ID to be able to complete the process and use the service.
Please allow two working days for your prescription request to be processed by the practice. Remember the pharmacy will also require some additional time to get your prescription ready.
Please note we do not routinely take medication requests over the phone unless you are housebound or your medication is newly issued.
