At the current time please do not request extra medication to stock-up or 'just in case' as this will cause major supply problems for our pharmacies. If you have asthma or other respiratory problems it is not recommended that you have 'rescue medication' of steroids and antibiotics to treat coronavirus.
If you are a patient aged 16 years or over, you can order your repeat prescription online using Patient Access. Once registered for this internet service you can also use this to check your test results and to look at your medical record.
If you haven't registered yet you will need to visit our reception desk to sign up for the service. You will need to do this in person and bring with you some form of photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
You can also register online, but you will still need to come into the surgery with a form of photo ID to be able to complete the process and use the service.
Please allow two working days for your prescription request to be processed by the practice. Remember the pharmacy will also require some additional time to get your prescription ready.
We value your feedback about our services. Please tell us what your think by completing a very short survey.
