FLU JABS 2021/2

We are currently awaiting our stock of this season’s flu jabs.

Hopefully we will receive a delivery within the next two weeks.

Once we have confirmation, will advertise on our website, via Grange Now, and by text message to those who have mobile phones.

Flu vaccinations will be by appointment only as per last year’s system.

Thank You.

Coronavirus Vaccine

We have now completed our second round of vaccines at the surgery. If you are still awaiting your second vaccine, please call 119 or visit click on this link to book online.

The NHS are currently contacting patients regarding their booster vaccination. You will be contacted directly when it is your turn. If you have received notification, please follow the link if you have received a text message or book online here. We will be running booster vaccinations here at the surgery, but as yet we do not have any information as to when this will be.

We will let you know when it is your turn to book your booster vaccination at the practice.

In the meantime, you can get information about the Covid-19 vaccination online at NHS.uk Coronavirus Vaccination

Dissent from secondary use of patient identifiable data

The national data opt-out was introduced on 25 May 2018, enabling patients to opt out from the use of their data for research or planning purposes, in line with the recommendations of the National Data Guardian in her Review of Data Security, Consent and Opt-Outs.

Patients can view or change their national data opt-out choice at any time by using the online service at the National data opt-out website or by calling 0300 3035678. You can also download this Register your Type 1 Opt-out preference form or collect a form from the surgery to complete.

By 30 September 2021 all health and care organisations are required to be compliant with the national data opt-out policy.
