iWantGreatCare Award!
Nutwood Medical Practice has been awarded a 2021 Certificate of Excellence by iWantGreatCare.
iWantGreatCare is awarding the Certificate of Excellence 2021 to those clinicians and practices who are most highly and consistently recommended by their patients. The award is presented in recognition of the great care they deliver to their patients. As a practice we are delighted to receive the award and thank all those who have provided feedback on our services in the past year.
Flookburgh Surgery
Our branch surgery in Flookburgh is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday all day, and Wednesday and Friday mornings. It is fully staffed and open for appointments and enquiries. Flookburgh surgery is located at Station Road, Flookburgh LA11 7JY. Due to the age and type of building it is not accessible to wheelchairs and some patients with mobility issues. These patients will be directed to our Health Centre in Grange which has full disability access.
Flookburgh Surgery will be closed on the following days over Christmas/New Year 2024/25: Tuesday 24th Dec pm, Friday 27th Dec all day, Monday 30th December pm, Friday 3rd Jan all day.
Car parking at our Grange surgery
From Tuesday 21st June 2022, the car park at our surgery in Grange will be monitored by the Parkingeye Car Park Management Service. When visiting the surgery for an appointment from this date, you will need to record your car registration number on one of the Parkingeye machines in the waiting room area.
*PLEASE NOTE* You do not need to input your registration if you are going to the pharmacy, or coming to reception to collect/drop-off documentation/sample pots etc. Our staff will be on hand to assist you if you are unsure.
