Our admin and reception team provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries either on the phone or at the reception desk. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. 

They will also often phone patients to provide details about test results or to remind you to attend for long term condition or medication reviews. They perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions, dealing with prescription queries, and carrying out searches and practice audits.
