NUTWOOD CHARITABLE TRUST

The Nutwood Charitable Trust was established in 2018 by patients and staff at the Practice to support the promotion of health and the delivery of health services to the populations served by Nutwood Medical Practice.

The Charity is registered with the Charity Commission.

So far the Charity has purchased a new very large screen TV (65") for the Health Centre waiting area, to replace the much smaller TV provided by the CCG.

It has also provided an INR testing machine for the District Nurses to take out to patients in their homes to enable the monitoring of warfarin treatment.

How to Give

We raise money through fund raising - we held a raffle on our launch, Dr Reeve undertook a sponsored slim in autumn 2019 - and we also welcome one-off or regular donations.

If you are a UK taxpayer and eligible to Gift Aid your donation please complete a form available at the Health Centre.  This enables the Charity to reclaim 25p for every £1 donated.
